Exterior of our houses (Standard):

We manufacture in 370cm X 870cm (32m2) 1+1 or 12cm X 380cm (44m2) 2+1 sizes.
Heavy Steel material is used in the skeleton.
Walls are insulated with Stone Wool, Osb and Moisture Barrier.
Standing Roof System is used.
Roof Insulation is made of Stone Wool, Osb, Moisture Barrier and Mebrane.
The floor is covered with Sheet Metal.
8 legs with a height of 15cm are used on the outermost part of the floor.
A special coating material with aluminum foil + polyurethane filling is used on the exterior facades.
Total weight varies between 6-8 tons.
Interior of our houses (Standard):

It consists of 1 Bedroom, 1 Living Area and Toilet-Bathroom.
Wallpaper or Paint is applied on the interior walls on plasterboard.
Mattress and Parquet are used on OSB on the floor.
Steel Doors in accordance with TSE standards are used on the outer door.
Internal doors are made of lacquered MDF.
Heat insulated double glass PVC material is used on the windows.
Kitchen counter, kitchen cabinet and cloakroom are used as standard in the living area.
Option:

Verandah can be added optionally.
Solar panel system can be installed on the roof optionally.
